Lulu has moved from fashion and friends in glam Mumbai to global London. The blog takes on everyday living, museums, cafe's, cosmopolitan friends, currently infrequent weekend pub visits, shopping and calorie counts. If I understand British Humour which is slowly making its way into my brain cells through my cold ears, I promise to share.

two mins of fame

I went out for drinks with Arjun Rampal....the ex hot model till he became a sidey movie hero...what the hell i still went out for drinks.....umm ok was not a date...in a filmy group....! Went for oh so fashionable eeky cucumber sushi, sake and tempura to Nobu.....'
Second high was standing outside the victoria and albert museum in the cold, getting quotes from famous people at the British Fashion Awards....I spoke to Vivienne Westwood...who is the creator of punk style and official stylist of the Sex Pistols in the seventies..! She won Red carpet designer of the Year...but ofcourse she had no idea she was even nominated....She said "I dont read magazines or watch news, I just do my own thing". How then I was wondering did she know about the war, considering she was wearing one of her best selling t shirts which yelled...I´m not a terrorist, please dont arrest me!

Such an exciting life you live P.Sw.! I am jealous. Now, the t-shirt didn't really refer to any particular war, so maybe she was just recycling from the '80s, when you were a baby? Did the t-shirt look old? We did have terrorsts back then, although mostly they got fat and old, or died young.
